Products that have been used or damaged after receipt.
3. Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return or exchange. You can reach out to customer service through our website or email.
Step 2: Once we receive your return/exchange request, we will provide the return address and further instructions.
Step 3: Return the product along with all accessories, packaging, and tags to the provided address. Please ensure that the product is unused and the package is not damaged during transit.
Step 4: After we receive the returned item and complete the inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refund Policy
Once your returned product passes inspection, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
Please note that the refund amount will not include the original shipping fees unless we shipped the wrong product or the product has a quality issue.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange the product, we will process the exchange accordingly. Please note that exchanges are only allowed for products of the same category and value.
If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced product, you will need to pay the price difference. If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will refund the difference.
6. Shipping Costs
If the product has a quality issue or we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return or exchange is due to personal preference (e.g., size or color issues), the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
